YMCA Reach for the Stars Gala

The Southeast Ventura County YMCA hosted the 3^rd Annual Reach for the Stars Gala on Saturday, September 21, at the Four Seasons Hotel in Westlake Village. The evening featured gourmet cuisine and cocktails, a live band, and live and silent auctions and culminated with an unforgettable party.

This year’s gala was dedicated to honoring David H. Murdock, CEO of Dole Food Company, with the Joel and Frances McCrea Memorial Award for his long-standing support for the Yarrow Family YMCA that opened earlier this year in Westlake Village. Three Community Leadership awards were also presented to volunteers who have donated exponential amounts of time and energy towards the betterment of others and our community.
