6th Annual Interface Hope & Light Benefit
Sherwood Country Club was jam-packed with over 300 philanthropic community members and business leaders as Interface Children & Family Services hosted its 6th Annual Hope & Light Benefit on September 21, celebrating those who partner with the organization in confronting the most threatening social issues to the well-being of our community. Hosted by benefactor Andrew Firestone, the evening began with a reception, silent auction, and musical performance by Westlake High School students. A lovely dinner program, special live performance, spirited live auction, and fun-filled party followed.
Board Chair Dina Furash and Event Chair Jane Lorin chose this year to highlight their impact community partners who respond to serious social issues and recent tragedies, including the Ventura County Sheriff and Undersheriff. Event proceeds sustain vital programs that heal and protect at-risk community members from trauma of abuse, human trafficking, and homelessness. For more information, visit icfs.org.
