Imagine Fest 2018 brought its unique blend of yoga, art, and live music to Peter Strauss Ranch in Malibu on Saturday, April 21. Produced by a community-based core of over 100 volunteers, Imagine Fest aims to make the world a better place through multigenerational collaboration and teamwork. All proceeds from the event benefitted Unlikely Heroes, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit that rescues and rehabilitates child victims of sex trafficking domestically and abroad.
Now in its third year, Imagine Fest offered a strong lineup of yoga taught by top SoCal instructors, including Sesa O’Conner; meditation led by Tracee Stanley and John Vosler; and inspirational speakers, such as Erica Greve, SriMati, and De Jur. The heart of the festival was the live music performances by Shawni and conscious-music collective Satsang.
In the gypsy-camp-inspired vendor village, local artisans sold clothing, hand-crafted jewelry, skincare, and other unique gifts and collectibles.
