Bay Laurel Carnival

What a fiesta! Calabasas families were invited to Bay Laurel Elementary for the school’s annual carnival on Saturday, May 5. There were midway rides, carnival games, treats, food trucks, and tons of activities for the kids, including slime making! New to the carnival this year was a silent auction and a spring shopping boutique, just in time for Mother’s Day. There were wonderful performances by both of Calabasas High School’s acapella groups, Bare Rhythm and Unstrumental; the Calabasas High School Jazz A Band; the EDC (Elite Dance Center) Dance Team; the hip-hop company from Dance Dimensions Performing Arts Center; and a special guest performance by LOLAS, Los Angeles’ premier all-female acapella group.
