Safe Passage Mother’s Day Event

On May 7, Safe Passage held its 5th Annual Mother’s Day Brunch, themed Breakfast at Tiffany’s. The event was held at the CBS Center in Studio City from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The day was spent honoring and celebrating the beauty and courage of mothers, women, program graduates, and luminaries who have provided wonderful support for their passionate cause. Special homage was paid to Audrey Hepburn and her legacy of style, talent, and philanthropy. The brunch consisted of a red-carpet reception, buffet brunch, live entertainment, and a silent auction. Safepassageheals.org, a 501©3 nonprofit organization, is dedicated to healing the broken lives of women and children, victims of domestic violence and abuse. Safe Passage has a 95% success rate of stopping the cycle of abuse and has helped over 1,800 individuals and families, giving them healing, supportive programs and tools that create hope and empowerment to a new successful life.
