Rosie’s Market at Westfield Topanga

The Rosie Network and Westfield partnered together to spotlight local veteran and military family-owned businesses as part of the “Rosie’s Market – A Veteran and Military Spouse Business Showcase” that took place as a one-day pop-up event at Westfield Topanga. Occurring in conjunction with Armed Forces Day on Saturday, May 19, the market provided a unique opportunity for approximately 20 local veteran entrepreneurs and military spouses to introduce their brands and sell their products to the wider community.

In partnership with Operation Gratitude, visitors helped to create care packages filled with food, entertainment, personal hygiene products, handmade items, as well as over 120 personal letters of appreciation. The day’s events also included an American Red Cross blood drive, Color Guard ceremony, medley of musical performances, and much more.
