Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ventura County (BBSVC), a local
youth mentoring organization, held its signature fundraiser – Bags, Bling &
Bubbly – on Wednesday, November 20 at Sherwood Country Club in Westlake
Village. Celebrating its 11th successful year, the champagne
luncheon welcomed over 300 guests, raising $189,000 – the event’s most generous
total to date.
The stylish afternoon featured an amazing array of new,
designer, and vintage handbags, jewelry, accessories, and experiences available
for purchase or by auction and celebrated the mentorship story of its celebrity
guest, Chef Penny Davidi from the Food Network. Big & Little Sisters of the
Year, Kate and Angela, also shared their journey through the mentoring program.

Volkers, and many more.
