9th Annual Coats for Casa Pacifica
The 9th Annual Coats for Casa Pacifica charity event was held on Saturday, January 12 at Three Springs Park in Westlake Village. Participants brought new or gently used winter clothes of all sizes, including coats, sweaters, hoodies, gloves, scarves, and hats, to benefit the foster and at-risk youth of Casa Pacifica Centers for Children and Families in Camarillo. Over the past eight years, more than 13,000 items in total have been donated and distributed.
With 30 tons of faux snow imported to form an icy hill in the park, parents and children alike were invited for sledding and playing. Complimentary coffee and smoothies were served, and craft booths were set up for all to enjoy.
The fun-filled day was made possible by Lydia Gable Realty Group with Compass and Rick Winters of Winters Financial Group, Inc., hosting for the ninth year. For more information, visit coatsforcasapacifica.com.
