When the gyms shut down, I knew I had to do something to keep myself sane since I was used to cardio at the gym. Those endorphins are pretty addictive and make you feel great. I f you do this for 30 minutes a day, four to six times a week, you will also help tone your thighs and firm your bum, and you can lose inches on your waist. Walking can also help firm your abs and tighten your core. An hour brisk walk burns between 210 and 360 calories. Do this five days a week and you will burn 1050 to 1800 calories. All it takes is one step at a time.
