It’s All About the Eyes
Your eyes are the only thing people can see when you are wearing a mask and vice-versa. You can barely tell if someone is smiling at you. When the corners of their eyes go up a bit or they squint, it might be a smile.
But why not have fun with your eye makeup and do something different to stand out? You may not want to go to the extreme with colorful exaggerated eye makeup, but that doesn’t mean you can’t put in a little effort. When people get bored, they become a little more adventurous and experimental with their eye makeup. Your face is a canvas, and your eyes are what you have to show to the world right now.
Eyeliner is a great place to start using a little color that is expressive. Choose a bright, interesting, fun color for a simple pop. Winged eyeliner always looks good, and eyeliner can be found in green, pink, burgundy, and blue.
Emphasize your brows and lashes. If you can’t get out to have your brows shaped, do it at home and learn how to shade them into a great shape. Also, if you can’t get your lashes done, there are some great magnetic eyelashes that are easy to put on and take off for a more glamorous look. Plus there are all the amazing colorful mascaras out there to choose from. If you are adventurous, there are talented makeup artists doing amazing things with eye makeup that are works of art. There are tons of tutorials online that you can look at while spending more time at home. Have fun and be creative!
