Safe Passage Heals Celebrates 20 Years
Safe Passage Heals celebrated its 20th anniversary on Saturday, December 5, with a black tie gala for its champions and sponsors by hosting an exclusive al fresco dinner and empowerment fashion show at a private estate in La Serra Ranch, Newbury Park. Trish Steele, founder and CEO, emceed the evening, sharing her personal experiences and successes in providing smooth transitions from domestic abuse to flourishing lives for hundreds of women and children through the program. Luisa Diaz sponsored the “Runway of Hope” with her Mi Amor Gala empowerment fashion show featuring this year’s program graduates. An abundance of live entertainment topped off the evening, including live musical performances by Olivia Pucci and Abby Thompson. The Pacific Ballet also performed a live Christmas ballet.
