The Mulholland Celebrates Grand Opening
The Mulholland, a long-awaited new neighborhood restaurant in Old Town Calabasas, celebrated its opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on February 1.
Calabasas locals, siblings, and operating partners Jonathan Rosenson, Elissa Blatt, and Candice Steiner, with their mother Cynthia Rosenson and all of her grandchildren, participated in the ceremony with city officials and members of the Calabasas Chamber of Commerce.
The Mulholland offers Michelin chef-driven New American cuisine from Culinary Director Chris Flint and Chef de Cuisine Michele Carter, with everything from caviar service with mini madeleines to a great burger and fries. The menu includes an in-house bread and pasta program, with focaccia with pizza butter that’s already a favorite; cocktails from Bar Director Chad Austin; and a vibrant wine list by Sommelier Jonathan Rosenson—all served in a stylish setting with a fireplace patio meant to be enjoyed regularly.
The new restaurant was formerly Bernard’s Wine Gallery, which was also owned and operated by the Rosenson family.
