The Kaura Project Gives Back

Good vibes were spread early morning on May 2 inside the lululemon store at The Commons in Calabasas as the community gathered for a great cause. Hosted by The Kaura Project, the charity event began with an hour of spirited abs and pelvic floor exercises taught by Courtney Virden, followed by light bites and refreshments courtesy of Le Pain Quotidien and Core Hydration.

Guests received a custom, limited-edition “Strong Is Beautiful” or “Conquer from Within” mantra bracelet as a part of the donations. Harvinder Keila, founder of KAURA JEWELS Los Angeles, spoke about The Kaura Project’s mission of using words on bracelets to empower and inspire overall mental health in schools and organizations. The event ended with gorgeous raffle baskets from Dr. Cat & the Tooth, It Factor Beauty, Warrior & Co Yoga Studio, and lululemon.
