National Charity League Debutante Ball

National Charity League, Inc., San Fernando Chapter, held its 52nd Annual Charity Ball, Wind Beneath My Wings, on Saturday, November 25 at the Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire Hotel.

Since 1966, it has been a tradition of the chapter to honor its most recent graduates for their years of service to the chapter and their communities. This year, the achievements of 18 dedicated young women, the Debutantes of 2017, were celebrated. As these beautiful young women gracefully performed the Saint James Bow, they reached out to the waiting arm of their fathers and began their promenade around the dance floor as their mothers’ love, pride, and joy lit up the ballroom.

The Debutantes of 2017, along with their families, friends, and fellow members, helped raise thousands of dollars towards helping various philanthropies supported by the chapter, such as Guide Dogs of America, ONEgeneration, New Horizons, and West Valley Food Pantry.
