Well-known radio personality Marc Cohen hosts The Distinguished Speaker Series of Southern California at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza and has been the host of this series over the past 17 years. On October 23, he hosted former Vice President Joe Biden for a speech accompanied by a 30-minute Q&A session.
