On Sunday, July 30, 2017, Operation Confidence will host a ” Tribute To Our Disabled Veterans” at the Knollwood Country Club. The tribute will honor disabled veterans from the World War ll, Korean War, Vietnam, Gulf, Iraq and Afghanistan era.

In addition to the tribute there will be a fashion show extravaganza hosted by Operation Confidence Combat Boots & Lace Fashion Models, a local veteran and civilian models group.

​One of the highlights will be when  99 year old First Sgt. Margaret Bellino-Barker World War 11 veteran walks the runway representing women in the military.

All proceeds will go to Operation Confidence Turning Point Housing project for homeless disabled veterans building fund.  Their mission is to obtain a  house to be refurbished as  a community project similar to Habitat for Humanity then transformed into transitional living for disabled veterans.
