CHS Present’s Bat Boy the Musical

The Calabasas High School Summer Theater program invites you to join us for the rock ’n’ roll cult classic Bat Boy: The Musical!

In the fictional town of Hope Falls, West Virginia, three teenagers: Ron, Rick and Ruthie Taylor discover an interesting creature – something that is half boy, half bat. In the musical, Bat Boy learns to speak from his adoptive family, yearns for acceptance and tries to join society, only to face hatred and violence from a town that fears him and jealous rage from his foster father. We are proud to be bringing Bat Boy The Musical, a quirky and heartfelt story ripped from the tabloids, to the Calabasas High School stage this summer. You won’t want to miss this part comic-book, part horror-flick, classic love-story with a wicked bite!

Performances run July 21st and 22nd at 7pm and July 23rd at 1pm.
